Changed your mind? 7-day returns
In line with the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, you may cancel and return an online purchase within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging with all accessories. We refund the purchase price within 30 days of receiving the return. Return delivery costs are for your account.
Faulty item? 6-month warranty
In line with the Consumer Protection Act, every gadget carries a 6-month warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If your gadget is faulty, we'll repair, replace or refund it (your choice) and we cover the delivery costs. The warranty doesn't cover damage from misuse, accidents, water or unauthorised repairs.
How to start a return

- For faults, include a short video or photo of the problem.
- We'll send you return instructions within 1 working day.
Damaged in delivery
Please check your parcel on arrival. If it's damaged, take photos and contact us within 48 hours.
